From May 1st through May 22nd, 2026, we have seen it all, soulful jazz, high-energy middle schoolers, powerful spiritual gatherings, and enough graduation caps to fill the Kentucky River.
We are honored by the way the local community continues to choose us for their most remarkable moments. As the 1st runner-up in the favorite event venue category by the Frankfort State Journal, we take our job of making your special day exceptional very seriously. We don’t just rent you a room; we collaborate with you to ensure every detail is unparalleled.

Smooth Sips and Soulful Sounds: Jazz & Bourbon Night
On May 16th, we transformed the venue into the ultimate lounge for our Jazz & Bourbon Night. There is something about the combination of live brass instruments and the rich history of Kentucky bourbon that just feels right, isn't it?
We had live acts that kept the floor moving and the spirits high. But the real star of the show (besides the music!) was our custom "Frankfort Landmarks" cocktail menu. We served up:
Fort Boone Fortitude: A bold, bourbon-forward tribute to our local history.
Goebel’s Ghost: A mysterious, smooth blend that had everyone asking for the recipe (our lips are sealed!).
Our guests nibbled on gourmet hors d'oeuvres while relaxing in our spacious bar area, which was bathed in our signature purple and blue uplighting. If you missed this one, don't worry, we are already planning the next one. We believe in making every guest feel like a VIP from the moment they walk through our doors.
Viral Vibes: The Elkhorn Middle School 8th Grade Dance
If you thought middle schoolers were just about TikTok and homework, you should have been here for the Elkhorn Middle School 8th Grade Dance! We are officially declaring ourselves the hottest dance venue in Central KY after the video from that night went absolutely viral, racking up over 3,500+ views in just a few days!
The energy was extraordinary. We set the room up with our elegant black chair covers and bold gold sashes, but let’s be honest, those kids didn't spend much time sitting down. Our high-end sound system and LED string lights created a festive ambiance that kept the dance floor packed until the very last song.
Seeing the joy on those students' faces as they celebrated their promotion is exactly why we do what we do. We love being the backdrop for these milestone moments in our young neighbors' lives.
A Night of Spirit and Connection: Encounter Night
On May 17th, we were blessed to host Encounter Night with Abundant Life Church. Led by the wonderful Pastor Eric and Pastor Tuesday Lemon, the evening was a powerful display of community, faith, and transformation.
Our hall is truly a "chameleon" space. One night it’s a high-energy dance club, and the next, it’s a serene, welcoming sanctuary. We pride ourselves on this adaptability. Whether you are hosting a religious gathering, a corporate seminar, or a family reunion, we work alongside you to ensure the atmosphere matches your intent.
A Variety Showcase for the Soul
The last three weeks haven't just been about big parties; they have been about meaningful community engagement. We were proud to host a Variety Showcase that featured:
Mental Health Awareness Concert: Using music to heal and bring attention to a vital cause.
Comedy Night: Because 9 times out of 10, a good laugh is exactly what the doctor ordered!
R&B Music Night: A smooth finish to a busy week that showcased some incredible local talent.

Graduation Season: The Class of 2026 Takeover!
It is officially graduation season, and the Class of 2026 is making their presence known! We have seen a steady stream of "Class of 2026" takeovers as local graduates celebrate their hard-earned success.
Our team has been busy helping families design the perfect photo opportunities. From massive balloon arches in school colors to custom photo walls that make every selfie look professional, we are here to make sure your graduate feels like the star of the show. 1. How much does it cost to rent the hall? In most cases, our Weekday Rentals start from $390 and our Weekend Rentals start from $665. However, with our current Spring into Summer Sale, you can find dates starting as low as $375! Simply call us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
2. Can we bring our own food and drinks? Yes and No! You can ABSOLUTELY bring your own food or use your favorite caterer (we call it Caterer Freedom!). However, for alcohol, we have specific policies to ensure everyone’s safety and compliance with local laws. Please call us at 502-395-3642 to discuss the details for your specific event.
3. What is included in the rental? We provide the tables, chairs, and the beautiful adaptable space you see in our photos! We have a variety of table counts and chair numbers to accommodate your guest list. We even have a kitchenette and showers available if your event requires them!
4. Is there a security deposit? Yes, a security deposit is required to hold your date. This ensures your slot is locked in and helps us maintain the high quality of our venue for every single guest.
