The Grand Finale Is Almost Here: Karaoke's Biggest Night at Memories
The moment we have been building toward all summer is almost here!
On Sunday, October 25, 2026, Memories Event Venue in Frankfort, Kentucky, will host the Grand Finale of our Summer Karaoke Competition alongside Grave Robber and I Against No One: The Opening Act Tour. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and entry is $10.
This is more than the final night of a competition. It is a celebration of local voices, fearless performers, supportive friends, and the Frankfort community that has shown up round after round to make this summer unforgettable. From the First Note to the Final Performance
The Summer Karaoke Competition began with our first qualifier on July 31, when singers stepped onto the stage, took the microphone, and gave the audience a reason to cheer. Some contestants arrived with years of performance experience, while others simply had the courage to try something new in front of a crowd.

Each qualifier featured up to 30 performance spots, giving local singers the opportunity to showcase their talent in a professional event setting. At the end of each round, the top two contestants advanced to the Grand Finale. With four qualifier rounds, that means eight finalists will compete for the title on October 25.

The Summer Karaoke Competition has always been about more than hitting the right notes. Our judging format recognizes the complete performance, including the qualities that turn a song into a memorable experience.
Contestants are judged in five areas:
Vocal ability
Stage presence
Entertainment value
Audience engagement
Movement and choreography
Each category contributes to a maximum score of 50 points. That format gives contestants room to demonstrate their individual style and personality. A great performance may be technically impressive, wonderfully expressive, delightfully fun, or all three!
For many performers, the most meaningful part has been the audience. Friends, relatives, neighbors, and music lovers throughout Frankfort have come out to support the contestants. They have applauded the brave first steps, celebrated the big vocal moments, and encouraged performers whether they advanced or not.

The Grand Finale will bring the eight finalists together for the biggest performance night of the summer. Each contestant will have the opportunity to compete for the title in front of an enthusiastic audience, surrounded by the energy and production atmosphere of the Memories Soundstage.
